Besides a wide range of different standardised pluriBeads®, our universal pluriBeads® allow the use of own specific antibodies. By coupling your specific antibody to the universal pluriBeads®, you can easily produce your own functionalised capture particles for positive cell isolation or biological targets. Universal M-pluriBeads® anti-goat are suitable for the coupling of antibodies produced in goats (host species), i.e. universal M-pluriBead® anti-goat are labelled with secondary antibodies that recognise primary antibodies from goats (host). After you have labelled your own antibody against pluriBead® universal, simply continue with the usual pluriBead® cell isolation protocol.
