pluriMag Rack is a magnetic holder for small-scale protein and nucleic acids purification and cell enrichment or depletion with magnetic beads. pluriMag Rack can be used for sample volumes of up to 50 ml. The holder make an excellent complement to the following pluriMag products (containing magnetic beads) from pluriSelect. pluriMag Rack works also with all standard magnetic micro beads.It is optimized for efficient magnetic separation of all types of magnetic (micro) beads (range 1–8 µm in diameter) from the supernatant (1 – 45 ml) in seconds, allowing for easy pipette removal without sample loss. The pluriMag Rack combines a strong magnetic field for efficient separations in standard microcentrifuge tubes.
