PhilisaFAST DNA Polymerase is a hot-start enzyme formulated for fast PCR. It is specifically formulated for rapid performance with both end-point and real-time PCR systems and displays 5’-3’ exonuclease activity, making it compatible with hydrolysis probes (TaqMan) in single or multiplex reactions. PhilisaFAST DNA Polymerase features extension rates as fast as 10 sec/kb, decreasing total reaction time compared to typical PCR enzymes. PhilisaFAST DNA Polymerase includes two optimized buffers, Fast Buffer I or II, magnesium and dNTPs for seamless integration into most reactions.
