The e-MycoTM Mycoplasma PCR Detection Kit is a set designed to detect the presence of 209 kinds of mycoplasma incl. pathogenic mycoplasma that might contaminate biological materials such as cultured cells. The adopted 8-methoxypsoralen (MOP) prevents carryover contamination by PCR products. All components are premixed as dried pellet in one tube - PCR can be progress after adding template and primer.
