The Seraseq® Klinefelter Syndrome (XXY) Reference Material is intended for use in Whole Genome or Targeted Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) assays, dPCR, or microarray assays that screen for the sex chromosome aneuploidy called Klinefelter Syndrome (XXY) in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) present in maternal blood. Seraseq® Klinefelter Syndrome (XXY) Reference Material is derived from DNA extracted from a pregnant patient source sample carrying a fetus with confirmed confirmed Klinefelter Syndrome. This product is available in a simulated plasma matrix, enabelling the assessing the complete workflow from extraction through to analysis, similar to clinical samples.
