CD-Chex CD103 Plus is a ready-to-use control for the determination of intracellular and surface antigens, including CD103, CD30, CD38, CD56, CD138 and cytoplasmic lambda, with monoclonal antibody binding by flow cytometry. When stained with fluorescently labelled antibodies and analysed by flow cytometry, these cells provide reference values for abnormal blood leukocytes from peripheral blood. CD-Chex CD103 Plus is a unique control that provides test values for two different abnormal leukocyte populations: CD45+ and CD45-. The stable antigens on the abnormal CD45+ lymphocyte population include CD103 and CD38. Conversely, an abnormal CD45- cell population present in CD-Chex CD103 Plus provides surface CD30, CD38, CD56, CD138 and intracellular lambda.
