The AccuSet HAV Mixed Titer Performance Panel is a 21 member panel, 1.2mL per vial of naturally occurring plasma specimens. Panel members represent bleeds from multiple individuals positive for hepatitis A IgG and/or hepatitis A IgM antibodies. Each sample represents a single collection event. No preservatives were added. Panel members are characterized on commercially-available hepatitis A antibody assays from manufacturers such as Abbott, Bio-Rad, DiaSorin, Ortho, Roche, and Siemens. Panel member reactivity range from negative to strongly positive for hepatitis A. One specimen negative for hepatitis A IgG and IgM antibody is included as a nonreactive sample.
