The virellaSARS-CoV-2 mutant 3 Real Time-qPCR Kit is an assay for the DISTINCT DETECTION OF THE SARS-CoV-2 VARIANTS DELTA AND OMICRON from biological samples. Detection is achieved by detecting point mutations in the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 L452R and P681R using melting curve analysis.
