Seraseq® ctDNA Myeloid Mix AF 1%, AF 0.5%, AF 0.1% & WT are for use with targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) assays for the detection of myeloid cancer-related somatic mutations by circulating cell-free tumor DNA in blood. These products contain 25 DNA variants, including FLT3 ITDs, NPM1 EZH2 and IDH2, and are intended as quality reference materials for translational and disease research. They are suitable for testing library preparation, sequencing and variant sequencing and variant detection under a given set of bioinformatic pipeline parameters.
