Seraseq® gDNA TMB Reference Panel Mix contains five ready to use vials of purified genomic DNA from tumor-like human cell lines encompassing complex genomic signatures across a broad range of WES-derived TMB scores: Normal, Score 5, Score 10, Score 30, Score 50. The products are validated through Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and the generated TMB scores are reported in the batch report.
