Seraseq® FFPE BRCA 1/2 LGR Reference Material contains 20 clinically relevant BRCA1/2 variants, including 11 LGRs (Large Genomic Rearrangement), 9 deletions, 5 SNVs, 4 indels and 2 insertions. The expected variant allele frequencies (VAF) are ~15% (AF% values are provided in the batch report depending on the extraction kit). This product is in an FFPE format, in which reference cells carrying the synthetic DNA variants are formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE).
