Seraseq® SARS-CoV-2 Mutation RNA Mix is a multiplexed positive reference material. The product is available in a ready to use purified RNA format, needing no extraction. Seraseq® SARS-CoV-2 Mutation RNA Mix contains 82 variants of interest in NSP, S, M, N, E and ORF genes mixed with genomic Wuhan wild-type SARS-CoV-2 RNA (reference sequence NC_045512) in a background of human total RNA from the GM24385 cell line. The kit contains three vials with allele frequencies of 1%, 5% and 20% respectively.
